05 How long does the project cycle take?

The project cycle depends on the amount of data, complexity of scraping, and delivery method.

According to the amount of data to be scraped, the less data, the shorter the time.
According to the difficulty of scraping, generally speaking, website data scraping is the simplest, followed by Android App, and finally IOS App. The simpler the scraping, the shorter the time.

In summary, simple projects generally take 1-2 weeks, complex projects take 3-4 weeks, and more difficult ones take 1-2 months.

06 Can project requirements be changed after the project starts?

If changes are needed, please contact us in time. The time and cost of the project may need to be re-evaluated.

07 Why has the delivered data changed?

Data on some sites changes frequently, such as product prices, likes, good reviews, etc. on shopping sites. This situation is unavoidable. The data we scraped at 8 AM may have changed when users open it at 9 AM. There are even more extreme cases where data changes immediately after we scrape it. The probability is high.
There are also some page data such as products being removed from shelves, or violating policies and regulations, making pages inaccessible (404). This situation is unavoidable, the probability is not high, not exceeding 5%.
Due to differences in time zones, time points, IP addresses, languages, regions, and search methods, each person's search results in search engines will be different every time.

09 What are the cost components?

Yes, we provide 7x24 hour technical support services, including phone, email, and remote assistance.

11 Do you provide source code?

Source code is our important asset. By default, we do not provide source code. The cost components do not include source code. If you have special needs, please contact us.

12 About payment?

Since our team is in Beijing (Mainland China), WeChat payment and Alipay payment are no problem. If you need other payment methods, please contact us in time and we will try our best to cooperate.

13 About invoices?

We can issue invoices according to client needs. Please note that our quotes are tax-exclusive. Current service fees (such as 10,000 CNY) are pre-tax amounts. If invoices are needed, VAT must be added separately. Tax rate explanation: In mainland China (such as Beijing), information technology services are subject to 6% VAT. The total tax-inclusive price is 10,600 CNY (10,000 CNY + 600 CNY tax). Clients from other regions please consult local tax regulations, or directly inform us of your invoicing needs, and we will assist in processing.

14 How is data security guaranteed?

We adopt enterprise-level security measures, including data encryption, access control, security auditing, etc., to ensure your data security. After the project ends, we will delete this data in time.
